Procedure after the initial order
For the production of your customized insole, we need your digital footprint. For this purpose, please select the option "Create new footprint - order footprint set (+36€)" under "Footprint" when placing your first order.
- After the initial order we will send our Footprint set to you.
- You make the impression of your feet in the Footprint set and send it back to us. (Return bill is enclosed with the shipment)
- Within 2 weeks we produce your easySoles and send them to you.
Your digital footprint will be saved.
For a reorder
We already have your digital footprint and can use it for the production. Within 2 weeks we produce your easySoles and send them to you.
